WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Secure home delivery is available.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 8 to 14 business days in Germany via DHL.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country, the delivery method chosen, and the order amount. The exact fee will be displayed in your cart before checkout.

CUSTOMS FEES
Depending on your location — especially in overseas territories (DOM-TOM), Andorra, or Monaco — customs fees may be applied by the carrier. These charges are beyond our control.

ADDITIONAL FEES AT CHECKOUT
Some banks may charge additional fees for online purchases. These fees, proportional to the order amount, can range from a few cents to €5 and are outside our control.
If you notice an extra charge related to your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. A refund may be possible in some cases.

EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your QUIXARA item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense. In this case, please contact us at: contact@quixara.com.

If your QUIXARA product has a manufacturing defect or an issue unrelated to misuse, we will provide an exchange. You have 100 days from the date of delivery to contact us.
